The team work with tenants and families across the district to tackle lifestyle and wellbeing issues which are proving a barrier to a better quality of life.

If you have a disability or have difficulty doing everyday tasks, we may be able to help you continue to live independently by adapting your home or providing equipment.

At Care Link we support over 15,000 customers to enjoy independence in their own home from £6.25 per week.
