Notes Post 1: 37 Hours - Permanent Post 2: 37 Hours – Fixed term up to November 2018 Are you able to lead a highly motivated, multi-disciplinary team to develop and improve neighbourhoods, which are sustainable and safe? If so, you will take the lead in managing complex tenancy management cases, whilst supporting team members to achieve positive outcomes. You will take an holistic approach to tenancy management issues to help maintain suitable tenancies while creating a high quality and well-maintained environment. A key part of this role will also be to achieve agreed performance targets and standards particularly in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and promote the service in a manner consistent with business needs and targets.
