We are looking to recruit Estate Support Officers to provide management and administrative support to the Estate Management Team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for Estate Officers, will help maintain estate and tenant records and will co-ordinate appropriate responses to a range of enquiries. Most importantly, you will be an advocate for our customers and provide a world class service. Applicants will have: administration experience and experience of delivering customer focused services; two qualifications at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework; clear written and verbal skills, an understanding of the principles of customer care, and the ability to organise own work and to meet deadlines; IT skills, including the use of PC data based systems; and the ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised environment to meet deadlines and targets.
