We are looking for someone to assist our Homesearch team to make sure our customers receive the best possible service when trying to find a new home.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Homesearch team, helping customers to find the right home for them and updating the Homesearch website.

Applicants will have:

  • administration experience including in the use of PC data based systems;
  • evidence of excellent customer service skills;
  • five qualifications at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework, such as GCSEs grades A-C; and
  • the ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised environment and meet deadlines and targets.

The role requires a valid UK driving license.
