Working alongside our Learning and Development Manager you will lead on the recruitment, induction and management of our apprentices as well as managing our apprenticeship scheme. You will have: experience working in a training environment or management role; knowledge of apprenticeship standards and frameworks, the apprenticeship levy and the health and safety requirements of working with young people and the construction environment; an approachable style with excellent communication skills; the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, work under pressure, have a flexible approach to working hours, and a full, valid UK driving licence.
