We are looking for someone to work with the business to analyse business practices and ICT strategies that support the objectives of our Digital Business Plan. In this role, you will work with the business to ensure IT system are fit for purpose and that WDH can maximise the potential of its core IT services and applications to support its future business needs. Applicants will have: a qualification at Level 5 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework, such as an HNC, Award, Certificate or Diploma at level 5 or equivalent; experience of business analysis and / or business process design techniques and methodologies; experience of System Testing and Acceptance, including creation and implementation of test scripts; significant experience of communicating effectively and building effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders; experience of software implementation, including change management; an in depth knowledge of analysis techniques and a detailed understanding of Information Systems and Technology. E.g. MOSCOW, KANBAN; and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. This role requires you to have a valid UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle as travel throughout the district and other locations is required.
